...I already have!!!
So this past week after a family home evening that we had in our home where we taught the girls about why we celebrate Christmas. Sure they had an idea already...but I just wanted to emphasized in their little heads how important the event really is. I think that some times little kids can get lost with all the talking of Santa, presents, Christmas trees, lights and so on.
But anyways, as I taught them that they had already received the greatest gift of them all and that was nothing in this world that they could desire more, Heavenly Father had given them his son, their brother, to die for them, to pay a price that they themselves couldn't. The ultimate gift. Made me think about what I really wanted this Christmas since I too had received the same gift that I told my girls they had. And with that gift in mind...I couldn't think of anything at all that I wanted...not one little simple thing that I don't already have. I have been so blessed as it is with a wonderful Mom who raised me in the right way, who taught me the gospel of Jesus Christ and to be a good person, a loving husband who takes care of me and is the best father for my, our, kids. I have 3 beautiful and healthy kids who I would do anything in this world for. Sometimes I look at them and have this over whelming feeling of gratitude, for Heavenly Father trusting me to teach and care for this 3 special little kids. Not to mention the best friend that any one could have...my little sister! But not to diminish my so many other super good friends that I have been blessed with the privilege of having them in my life like Jenny! So for this Christmas I want nothing else then to keep the presents that I already have! My greatest presents! May we all this Christmas season think of the true meaning of Christmas and put Christ as center of our celebrations. May we think of a gift that we can give Him, Christ the Lord who has given us His all. Hope I can always shadow His example with those around me.

Twilight books
So I decided last week to go get the Twilight book. See I listen to you too Jenny! :) And I must say...LOVED THAT BOOK!!!! Finish about 500 pages in a day. Next day I was out to buy New Moon...didn't like it as much...but was happy when Edward was finally in her arms again, finished that book in about a day also that night I called Chad and asked him to go get me the next one, Eclipse, after he left the church activity that he was in with the youth. So when he got home past 10:00pm he had the last two books Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, finished Eclipse in another day it was better than New Moon but not as good as Breaking dawn. So it was time to end the agony and see how the story ended...time to read Breaking down...that one took me a little over a day since it has over 700 pages in it....but I did like the end very much!!! But I am also glad that I'm done reading them so that now live as I know it can go back to normal!!! :) My kids were enjoying waaaaay too much TV time since I was reading all day and not controlling their schedule! I don't like when they sit in front of a TV all day...have you noticed how you can tell the difference between a child who does watch too much TV and a child that doesn't? So they are back to no more than 2 hours a day or even less if I can have it my way! :)
So I still haven't seen the movie...I'm afraid that it will not live up to the book...specially because Twilight was my favorite out of all 4 of them! So I might not go watch it...specially because I'm afraid that it will ruin the Book for Chad if he watches the movie before having a chance to read the book. They are very fast reading books I read about 2500 pages in less than a week! Anyway...Thanks Jenny for the suggestion, very good books! :)

Juls' B-day Party
Wow...I'm pretty late with my updates here. So we finally put together Juls b-day party on the beginning of November...a month after her b-day! :(
Better late than never right?! :) Was lots of fun, she had a costume party and all of the kids were excited that they got to dress up again! We had games like pin the tale on the donkey, throwing the rings on the ghost, fishing game and the soda pop game. The best part for me was to come up with the food! I had so much fun...here's a few pics to show what I did.

These mummy dogs were so yummy! :)
The spiders the girls made it for me...I used them to decorate the table and kids LOVE eating them too! :)

Peeing on....Daddy's leg???!!!!!!
So this happened a little while ago but I want to write it down before I forget...funny how we always say that we wont forget but we really do...I have already forgotten so much of the cute little stories from the girls. :(
As I have mentioned before...we are potty training our little guy...so a while ago I took him to his potty, he did his business and got up...I let him run off while I cleaned his potty because I forgot to bring a clean diaper with me. So our little guy ran to our room...a few seconds later I hear my hubby screaming in our room...I ran there to find him standing in front of our closet, ( he was looking for a shirt to go to work with), and our little guy standing in front of him, Chad's leg was wet...lol...I must say that I laughed so hard that I almost ended up with my pants wet too! :) Chad then took Hayden and ran to the bathroom of course by this time he was really done and he went back to change his pants again to go to work. But that was great...of all the places our little guy could have gone to finish his business he chose his Dad's leg!!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha...sorry Chad but I just had to share! I wish you guys could have seen Hayden's sweet innocent little face standing there in front of his Dad! Hope you are all having a great week!

My Birthday
Yesterday I turned 30 years old...I know...crazy!!! At first I was a little scared to turn 30, but now I'm loving it!!! Specially because I don't look 30!!!! So it's cool to tell my age and see people's reaction...specially when I add that I have 3 kids! :)
My day was great...started out with me helping out in Juju's class for an hour in a half. After that it was time to drive down town to meet Chad at a German restaurant....LOVE their food...the kids all really enjoyed too and the best part is too shop in the store after with all those awesome German cookies and chocolates and so forth...very yummy!
When I dropped Chad off at the church office building down town he told me to take a look inside the kids old testament book that there would be something there...so when I got home this is what I found:

YUMMMM.....and after that he took me for my massage appointment...it was an hour in half...very nice...the hour in a half went by too fast! Then it was time to go home where Cindy was taking care of the kids...they were all 3 already asleep.
Thank you again Chaddy for yesterday...I had a great time and I must say that if there is such a thing as a perfect husband...you are it!!!! :) I had lots of fun laughing with my friends during this quest and then lots of fun with you. I love you with all of my heart and then some more! :)

Weekend
We had such a fun and busy weekend...We started out our day by taking the kids to the Boo at the Zoo...they had sooo much fun!!! Hayden figure out trick or treating and he thought that it was the greatest thing since sliced bread! Wish you could have all been there to see him...he looked soooo cute in his spider costume and the girls looked cute too in their little witches outfit. After that we went shopping for a costume for myself...also a witch....then we went to Brady and Kym's house for a Halloween party that they put together for the kids. It was so much fun. Kym had put together several cute games and prizes and the kids loved it!!! I LOVE Halloween, it's one of my favorite holidays other than Christmas...Christmas is still better.
Sunday we took the kids to the Garner Village and walked around for the kids to see the Halloween decorations...we also went back there on Monday for family night and the kids got to have a ride with a witch, that was very fun...the witch told them a story while they were in the ride and they loved it! So that's what we did on Monday my last night in my twenties. :)
Today Belle has her Halloween party in her pre-school class and at night it's the ward Halloween party that the YW/YM put together. Friday it's Julianne's school party and at night...trick or treating time!!!! So exited!!!! So many fun events around Halloween. Sure hope Chad will be back from his trip on Friday early enough to go trick or treating with us.

Late...late...late...
Late, late, late...I'm late for a very important date!!! Do you ever feel like the rabbit from Alice in Wonderland??? Well that's exactly how I have felt this whole week!!!
I need to be more organized...to start...I don't believe in alarm clocks! I love to just sleep until I'm good and ready to get up! But now with Juls going to school in the mornings I think that I must brake down and get myself an alarm clock! Recommendations for one?? Chad had one that our little genius called Hayden figured out how to brake it but now if he can only figure how to fix it...that would be great! But this whole week I have been waking up around 8:00 am or shortly before, Hayden has been keeping me up at night so I end up making up for it in the morning. Not sleeping in too late, one may think...but Ju needs to be in school by 8:30 so now try to get this little 6 year old dressed, hair done of course you all know how I cannot send my girls out with messy hair, make sure she eats something GOOD for breakfast, brushed her teeth, shoes on, jacket and back pack and out the door to fight with many parents that are also running late and people trying to get to work. NOT MY IDEA OF FUN...or on how to start a day. Crazy! Not to mentioned that I also need to get two other little one in the car to come with me.
Today was the worse...got up at 8:15 went downstairs to see Juls up watching cartoons...couldn't believe that cute little stinker did not wake me up. When asked, she simple replied that she wanted to watch cartoon for a little while. I'm happy to report that she was only 5 minutes late... some how.
Oh as a side note... Jen, Chad and I finished watching Alias...so sad is done!!! Well not really because now we have our reading time once again at night! If any of you have not watched Alias is a must! I love Jennifer Garner and she's great in this series.
Must go now...yes, I am late for something! :)

Update
Hello there...I know...long time! But here I am! Not going to promise to come more often because usually doesn't happen, so just take what you can! :)
A lot has happen since last time I wrote, Juls went back to school Monday the 20th it's sad to have her back! I enjoy having Juju to play with at home! :) Her teacher this week suggested that the consider putting Ju on an ALPS, (Accelerated Learning Program for Students), program next year. Not sure that's the best choice for Julianne right now...maybe as she gets older...but he doesn't think that she's being challenged enough. We will see...one of the problems is that the schools that offers that program are not very close by and Bellamie will start Kinder garden next year...so I'm wondering how on earth am I going to send them both to school at the same time in different schools?! I might be able to swing something so that Belle will be going to the same school as Juls...we'll see. Bellamie is also doing very well on her pre-K class, she now knows the names of almost all her letters upper and lower case. She can also write her name very well.
This past weekend was great too. Friday was Grandma day so we spent the day at Discovery Gateway (children's museum) at night Brigitte and Joe took the kids to a Halloween party and they had a sleep over. Chad and I had the house for ourselves. We went out to dinner and next morning went out for breakfast and then we decided to go to Park City.we had lots of fun and when the time came to go get the kids I was also glad...I love spending the time with just Chad but I also missed the kids like crazy! The kids said that they also had lots of fun!
Brigitte asked me to leave a note giving her authorization to take the kids to a hospital and have them treated in needed and also asked for the insurance card...lol...she knows better with Hayden!!! That's our little guy to those of you who still thinks that he's a little angel...not even his Grandma believes that! :) No...he's still my little angel...my little "very active" angel!
Almost my birthday again...can't believe it...this year I will be 30!!!! I know...WOW!!!

Never to be forgotten
Juju's 6th birthday will be one that she will never forget!!! And I'm not talking about presents! Lol...even thou she did say that it was the best presents that she ever got.
The day started out pretty easy going...the night before I went to the store and bought her flowers and a balloon, little girls like getting flowers too!!!
So when she woke up the first thing that she saw was her flowers and balloon. She loved it! I asked her to wait for Daddy to get home that night to open her presents because he wanted to be with her so she agreed. After breakfast we were all just hanging out when Hayden decided to clime in the computer chair...he fell from the chair and hit his mouth on the table that I use for scrap booking. I picked him up quickly and just held him tight without looking at his face...he wasn't breathing so I knew that he was hurting because he's usually a pretty tough little guy.
So after a few seconds I took a look at his face and he had a pretty good size cut on the left side of his mouth, started on the corner of the lip going out and his mouth was full of blood so I thought that the cut was from the inside out. Called Chad to tell him that I was taking Hayden to get stitches, he then called our pediatrician who said that if the cut was in his lip area, and it was, then we had to be seen by a specialist because if not stitched right his lip could heal cricked. She told us to go to the Emergency room over at Children's hospital...so we did. Chad met us up there in the hospital and got to take the rest of the day off!!!
By the time we got there Hayden was acting fine again...other than the fact that the side of his mouth was split open. He was running around and checking things out as usual. The nurses there asked if we are sure that he needed stitches, she then checked him out and agreed that he did! That's Hayden for you all........try keeping him quite at church!!!! :) Not possible.
So a couple of doctors took a look at Hayden and after a while they sprayed a gel up his little nose that kept him awake but made him groggy and happy, they numb his mouth and then started the process to get stitches...Hayden for a while thought that everything was funny...drug working on him...but after a while he wasn't so sure...I got to stay with him so every time that he was getting fussy all I had to do was call on his name and he would be fine again knowing that Mommy was right there. They tried to do as few stitches as they possibly could get away with but he still ended up with 3. He was biting on it for a while and they thought that he might bite the stitches off but after the pain killer wore off he did stop...of course it was now hurting! His mouth is still a little swollen but a lot better. As for the rest of the day...poor Ju...after spending most of the day at the hospital we came home and open presents and then took her to one of her favorite restaurants which was very disappointing...service was not the same anymore and after we asked, they didn't even sing happy b-day for her and I didn't have time to make her b-day cake because I was in the hospital all day...at that point we decided to just go home and watch a movie together, at Ju's request we watched the Wizard of Oz. Next day was better for her...Grandparents came over and had dinner with us and we then sang happy birthday and ate cake! Her b-day party with her friends will be when she goes back to school, she's off track right now. Not sure if I really like this all year around school thing. Sunday was easy going and fun...after conference we went up the mountains and let the kids walk around and play...beautiful up there right now w/ leaves changing colors...but cold!

Juls Birthday
So today is my sweet little girl's Birthday. Julianne is 6 years old today! How crazy...time goes by so fast...specially when you are happy and having a great time doesn't it?!
I just wanted to take a moment to tell Julianne...that I know that you were pre ordained to our family Juju...when the doctor's placed you in my arms I had the feeling of being reunited with you after a long time and that was such an amazing and happy feeling...and I'm sure by the peaceful and happy look in your sweet little face that you felt the same way.
You made me a mother and that by itself was amazing...the first time that I saw you smile...the first time I received a hug and the first time that you gave me a kiss...the first little step that you took and the first time I held you and kissed you better after a scraped knee...the first time I was called Mommy...those are all amazing moments that will forever stay with me. You are a part of me and I am happy when you are happy. Thank you Juju.
I'm so very happy to have you in my family...as my daughter. Know that I'm so very proud of you and of the decisions that you are making early on your little life.
I love you more than life itself.

Half way there...
Chad left last Sunday, he is in some serious training all week long and this Sunday will be the test for his this certification that he's receiving training for.
Today marked the "half way there" spot for Chad to come home. I hate being without him! It's so hard specially at night...I don't like sleeping by myself. Hayden has been sleeping next to me..he's so full of it! He likes to sleep holding on to my neck with his face touching mine, yes very hard for ME to fall asleep that way! But I do enjoy it too...not too long from now I'm sure that it wont be "cool" to be cuddling with his Mommy. Chad will have to fight Hayden to get his spot back!
I was talking with some friends today that were asking me how am I doing by myself, friends and people from the ward has been great bringing our family treats and fruits and checking up on us...very nice ward to be in! :) Any way, I told them that I was very busy doing little things that I always wanted to get it done but couldn't while Chad was around. One of them made the comment on how she also gets so much done when hubby is not around and the house is cleaner, we all agreed that that's true and we all paused and wonder why for a while. Not that Chad makes a mess in the house or doesn't help me around...
"Chaddy you are great and I do appreciate all the help and everything that you do! Like taking the garbage for example that I almost forgot this morning causing Juls to be late for school."
But here's what I came up with...when Chad is home I just don't do as much because we spend more family time together...or more Hubby and me time when wee ones are a sleep. When he's not home I do all of this things to keep me busy and when the kids go to sleep and I am all by myself...I work some more. That's how the house is cleaner and we get more done...or at least that's the case in my house.
So this post is a simple...missing my Hubby post. I would prefer to have Chad home and the house upside down than everything neat and organized and me by myself! :( Just four more days. You all have a great night and enjoy your husbands at home! :)

Flying in a "V"
It's been a long time since I wrote last and a lot has happened. I'll try to catch up and be better about writing.
So today I woke up and it was cold...hard to get out of bed. After a few minutes of encouragement and fighting I got up...after all Juls had to go to school. Then we started another battle, I had won my battle to get up, now it was Julianne's turn...after much fighting I'm happy to announce that I won this one too!!! It's so hard to get Julianne out of bed every morning, doesn't matter how early she goes to bed...not a morning person I will tell you that!
After a half an hour of craziness we were out the door. Boy was it cold out there this morning!!! It was raining. After I dropped off Julianne I went back home to get Belle & Hayden ready, Hayden had a doctor's appointment this morning, happy to report that all is well with him, his surgery is all healed and so far no ear infections, but molars are coming in so who knows...knock on wood. He is now 24 pounds and 31 inches, he slowed down a bit on his growth and weight gain because of his ear infections he wouldn't eat well, so hopefully he will be able to catch up a little now.
On my way back from the doctors it was still raining and cold, as I came to a stop on a stop light I observed several ducks getting away from Salt Lake City...flying in a V and I found myself all of the sudden very jealous of them! Crazy I know...but hey they are flying some where nice and warm!!! At that moment I wished I was a duck..to just wake up one day and say...it's cold here let's go some where else and just leave without a care in the world. Then I thought of the "lazy ducks". The ones that decide to stay behind, yes it may sound weird but we still have ducks here in the middle of the winter with the grounds cover in snow and the lakes frozen, they are the ones that have just become comfortable and don't want to go any where anymore. Think about it...flying some where warm takes work. Not to mentioned that there's always some one feeding the ducks here...so why try to go some where else? Spring will come around again eventually.
That's how I feel sometimes, I just have to be patient and spring will come around after several cold months. If you haven't been able to tell yet I hate winter. I become very grumpy during this months and I go to what I like to call as my hibernation time. So what am I doing here still?? Am I one of those ducks that are just content with how things are?! No not really...but I do have something that keeps me here, or should I say Chad and I, grounded here and that's our kids. We think that's so important for them to have family around. They love their Grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins, great aunts and so on. We feel bad to take them to some place where they can't have family around...birthdays...Holiday Dinners...family nights or just an afternoon running around with their cousins happy as they can be. And that my dear readers...it's worth our staying here! Does that means that we will never get out...fly some where warm?? I would like to think that's not the case. Have a great fall and remember...time to go searching for nuts! :)

I really did pee Mommy...I promise!!!
Hayden is now 14 months and as you all know I start potty training my little wee ones when they turn to be one.
So last week we took Hayden to Babies R Us and we set him louse in the store so he could pick his own little toilet. Of course he liked the most expensive one...the kind that has a censor that goes off every time he goes potty and play sounds and what not...he dragged that toilet all over the store, people got a kick out of it...so did we! :)
We took the little toilet home and I set Hayden in it and he knew exactly what to do...he went pee!!! I made this great big deal and sang the "potty song", (don't ask...it's something that I came up with Juls when she was little). He loved it! So every once in a while I sit him on his little potty...after a few times it wasn't a new and cool thing anymore and now he doesn't have the patience to sit on his toilet for very long. But I'm insisting with him in the toilet...we read books together and he can't get out until he goes.
So yesterday I sat him on the toilet and he wanted to get up right away...I told him he couldn't until he went pee...so he looked around and saw the water bottle that he had on top of the counter and asked for it, I gave it to him and left the bathroom to go get some clothes for him.
When I got back, Hayden had his legs open and he was pouring water inside his potty. He saw me and jumped...he then gave me a great big cute smile like saying...you got me!!! But then decide to go on with his plot any ways...he dropped the water bottle and started to point at the toilet and jabber like he usually does when he's trying to tell me that he's done going potty.
WHAT A SMART LITTLE BUGGER!!!! I burst out laughing and told him ok...took him out of the potty and after a few squeezes...couldn't help it that little dude is just too cute...I dressed him and sent him out to go play.
I love being a Mom...never a dull moment!!!

Tag you're it
So I decided to break the ice and start this thing...Jen suggested that I do a tag game to get things going...very good idea, thank you Jenny! So here we go...
The rules are: Once you have been tagged, you write a blog with ten, weird, random things, facts, or habits about yourself.
1. I am afraid of frogs...well not sure if I'm really afraid of them but I do know that I hate them!
2. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy as a teenager...but I am ok now.
3. I once slipped on a carpet going down some really long stairs at a friends b-day party...I was wearing a dress that by the time I reached the bottom, where my boyfriend was waiting for me, the dress was over my head...very embarrassing! 5. I now hate roller coster...something that I LOVED before I had kids...amazing how much your kids will change you!
6. As a kid I was bitten by a monkey in a Brazilian Zoo. Ha ha ha ha...go ahead and laugh over this one...I took more shots for it than I care to remember.
7. I was hit by a brick on my head when I was a child...by my brother, he was playing with a friend and I was an innocent bystander! Passed out and woke up bleeding like crazy...had to go to the hospital where I got stitches, the brick also didn't have a happy ending, was left in several pieces from the hit. (Between this and the monkey I think that explains alot about me...doesnt it?!)
8. Stranger than Fiction...who has seen that movie?? For me Will Ferrell it's not very strange at all, let me explain, I actually do think a lot like him in same cases...no I do not count the strokes when I'm brushing my teeth...but I do count and try to calculate the distance of things just like him...for example if I'm sitting in a public bathroom I will count the tiles and if it is a pattern I will make sure that the pattern is right, I do the same with clothes...I love to follow patterns in clothes, I always make sure things are straight and that the space between things are the same....botters me if it's not.
9. I hate odd numbers...don't ask me why...but I hate them...I don't even like the years that my age is an odd number...I'm 29 right now can't wait to be 30!!! 28 was great by the way.
I even eat all my candy in only even numbers, like hot tammales or m&m's and etc... if I have 4 in my hand and offer some to my hubby...he knows that he can't take just one...he have to take two or I'll get mad at him because he left me with an odd number.
10. Speaking of candy...if the candy has different colors, like skitles not only do I have to eat it in even numbers but I have to separate the colors and eat the same colors in even numbers...one may think: That's understandable because the flavors are different...right?! But I do that with my M&M's too...go figure?! ;)

2. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy as a teenager...but I am ok now.

I once slipped on a carpet going down some really long stairs at a friends b-day party...I was wearing a dress that by the time I reached the bottom, where my boyfriend was waiting for me, the dress was over my head...very embarrassing!
