So we finally rent the movie Twilight this past weekend. This was for Chad to watch the movie...I had already seen the movie when it first came out...I went with a few friends, Lilian, Elisangela and Paula.
I know what you may be thinking..."I can't believe that you didn't take Chad to see the movie sooner!" Let me explain myself.
I did not really like the movie all that much...don't take me wrong...it was ok...but not 1/10 as good as the book is I must say. Not to mention that what's up with the characters? The book describes them as beings that are more beautiful than anyone else. Sorry but they all looked pretty blend to me. The models that are in the poster of the twilight book are WAY better looking than the actors that they ended up with. Of course that's not the only reason why I didn't really care for the movie...all I can say is read the book if you haven't yet!!!
Not really looking forward to New Moon...that was my least favorite book out of the series. Will I watch it? Of course...but not counting the days like most fans.
Does that mean that I'm not a fan?! Fan of the books only I guess.
But before I end this blog I must say...watching the movie for the second time with Chad did make me like the movie a little bit better.

It's fun to hear your thoughts on Twilight. I didn't know you had a blog. Isn't it fun? The movie definitely grew on me. Even though it is off in a lot of ways, I just can't get the smile off my face when I watch it!

Did Chad like the movie?
You are right...the books are better than the movie but they usually are...look Harry Potter. I think we can expect good things from New Moon. The Easter Bunny is bringing me Twilight and I can not wait to watch it again, I am told the more you watch it the more it grows on you.

i have to say that when we rented twilight, i had already seen it and didn't like it, but watching the second time with adam i liked it much, much more. i could handle most of the characters, but i'm going to have trouble with the guy they have or jacob, i thought he was aweful. ah well! the books are best!
